'Chaos Damage can Ignite, Chill and Shock' should allow you to apply Scorch and Sapped (brittle?) with chaos damage, but it does not.

BTW i am unsure Chaos Damage can Ignite, Chill and Shock can be extended to

"This stat from Secrets of Suffering keystone allows your Fire damage to inflict Scorch, your Cold damage to inflict Brittle, and your Lightning damage to inflict Sapped. You've got nothing that allows your Chaos damage to inflict either of these ailments. |
