i think we deserve it after all those nerfs.

give use a new skill "ARRRRRR" which turns the player into a pirate boat, all skills turn into various forms of firing a cannon and every map is now covered in ocean.

to pick up loot, you must use your diving bell and clear the ocean floor of monsters.

This IS the boat league. The Kalguur came to Wraeclast on boats. :^)

Probably when PoE is failing, and the devs desperately need to find something to grab the attention of old-timers that left. Would be my guess, at least.
