Ability to channel while moving

I would like to see one day an ability (possible support gem) in Poe 1 or if not possible Poe 2 to transform to "strange voice" meet in the Simulacrum and float above the ground while being able to channel while moving at a slower pace or something similar.

You mean Cyclone or Charged Dash?

With the both of those skills, however, they already have the technology to create a support gem that allows a skill, be it spell or attack, to turn into a channeling skill and allow you to move while channeling it.
