Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Pandemonium Cloak + Scavenger Character Effect bug - Forum

Hi GGG, If I use both Pandemonium Cloak and Scavenger Character Effect, the high light fire in the cloak does not display. I play char Marauder and set scavenger support pack. Is that a bug?
