One needs to press a lot of buttons and juggle rage with the warcrys, but you can see in the videos that I often just spam and it is still acceptable damage. Best option would be to use Chainbreaker, but it requires a lot of mana regen on the gear. I have: 10% from Vicious Skewering 15% from Swift Skewering 20% from Forceful Skewering Wheel 18% from Hunter Gloves 25% from Divergent Dread Banner 7% from a Jewel 6% from a Jewel --- 101% chance to impale with Attacks Gear Item Acquisition Spoiler Axe Spoiler Psychotic Axe bases drop from Heist, get a ilvl83+ base for the possibility of t1 %physical and t1 %physical hybrid. Good attack speed is very important. There are multiple ways to craft a decent axe: Harvest Reforge physical/physical more common Essences (flat Physical or attack speed) Jagged Fossils If you get an axe in the process with lower tiers, you can try to use Harvest and use the 'Reforge Rare - Same mods MORE likely' craft. Shield Spoiler The Redblade Banner can be farmed on the Lighthouse map, as the boss is a Redblade Warband. Helmet Spoiler Best Enchant: Rage Vortex Sacrifices +5% of Rage Try to get it on a ilvl85+ base. You can use the cheapest Conqueror Exalt and reforge the influence to end up with an Elder influence. I used Pristine and Jagged fossil resonators to craft mine. Look for life, 'Nearby Enemies take % increased physical damage' and resistances, if possible. Body armor Spoiler Any 6-linked body armor with all red sockets, life & resistances is fine. I used Craiceann's Carapace for the longest time and killed every boss with it. I crafted my final armor with a pristine fossil. Gloves Spoiler You will need ilvl80+ hunter influenced gloves for highest tier of %chance to impale enemies with attacks. Otherwise look for life, resistances, attack speed or phys to attacks. Boots Spoiler Look for life, resistances and movement speed. If you are filthy rich, go for tailwind boots. They are absolutely not needed though! (Make sure to spec out of Resolute Technique then and check for 100% accuracy) Belt Spoiler Bear's Girdle is best in slot here. The belt drops of Ersi, Mother of Thorns the purple t4 harvest seed. Jewellery Spoiler Rings If possible, get a warlord/drox influenced ring ilvl75+ so that you can roll 'Vulnerability on Hit'. Otherwise look for life, resistances, phys to attacks and/or attack speed. Amulet Look for phys to attacks, life and resistances. Anoint: Tenacity (Crimson Oil - Golden Oil - Golden Oil) Jewels Spoiler Cluster Jewels 1x Large with Feed the Fury & Vicious Skewering on the outsides. I didn't take Martial Prowess. 1x Medium Warcry with Mob Mentality for free charge generation and Lead by Example for free Onslaught. 1x Medium Area Damage with Towering Threat & Assert Dominance, which is nice QoL for mapping. Uniques Jewels Impales you inflict last 2 additional Hits while using Pride is best in slot Watcher's Eye. 1x Thread Of Hope Large with lowest -resist you can afford. Goes in the Duelist area. 1x Replica Conqueror's Efficiency for the extra rage and -mana cost. Crimson Jewels Look for 2x 5-7% chance to impale with attacks to cap your impale chance to 100%, otherwise look for life, resistances, attack speed, damage, area damage, damage with 1h weapons, damage with axes, damage while holding a shield, global phsyical damage and so on. Your post are very helpful and detail, I followed your guide yesterday but i feel i'm not strong as you in your posted video, i killed boss slower than you much Can you take a look at my POB and show me what am i doing wrong and how to fix it? So when I am about to face the boss try to make sure I recover the 110 Rage on the first warcry, preferable intimidating cry after the boss becomes targetable. It takes a bit of time getting used to that many warcries. Can you maybe share a video? It's hard to guess what is going 'wrong' because your gear looks stellar. One thing that can be improved is to get Divergent Dreadbanner (20% quality), you are using Anomalous and aren't impale capped. But that is a smaller thing.
