Disappeared Portals after Change Characters

I was challenging the Maven's Invitation: The Hidden and still have 4 portals. However, when I just changed a character and came back to the hideout. All portals disappeared. What the hell is the problem?
This kind of problem is not the first time I encountered it, but it seems GGG has not ever tried to solve it! If I lose the Maven's Invitation: The Feared instead of The Hidden, who is going to compensate for me? It is totally unacceptable this stupid problem still exists after several seasons! " There is not ANY kind of "compensation" in PoE and there never has been. Also GGG doesn't offer ANY kind of ingame refunds or restores for ANY reason. As far as I know, you (the instance owner) are not allowed to change chars when doing certain boss fights and thus, there is nothing to fix.... |

This is definitely allowed to change character because I did it before. One of my characters could not win the boss and then I changed another to solve it! Also, the problem is that even I cannot use another character to do so, the portals should not disappear! It just likes a bug that made my map gone!
Also, I have no hope GGG would give any compensation, but I just want them to fix this stupid problem. This problem happened not only to me but also to my friends! |
