My personal opinion on Minion movement speed is that it's a nice quality of life but rarely detrimental to a build.

I've never played skeletons but I don't think minion speed is that important on them. Mainly because you can just spawn them wherever you want having to bypass their slow movement speed. I personally only like picking Ravenouz Horde early on for builds that want to get Indomitable Army and/or Golem Commander because it's conveniently on the way.

That cluster however, only provudes 12% attack speed, 30% movement speed and Onslaught proccs. That's really inefficient from a point perspective.

For spectre crabs I guess you could annoint it if you really want the movement speed. Minion speed is complete overkill though imo. It's a very low dps modifier on that one and a waste of link imo (That gem should be buffed and add like 30% more attack/cast speed to minions instead).

I personally like running Anomalous Convocation to solve any minion runspeed issues. It provides 40% movement speed to your minions. Combined with Flesh Offering and Frenzy Charges from Necro Aegis if you're running that, it's often more than enough.

Exactly, I think it only matters with permanent minions (meaning minions you don't usually resummon).

Absolutly, now that Ravenouz Horde is so close to Indomitable Army AND Grave Intentions will probably make it more viable, specially early on. I also love that they tripled the proc chance to 30%, will probably cause minions to have a really high uptime on the buff, even on relatively low density maps.

Never thought about that. I normally just care about the CD recovery rate, but yeah sounds like 40% movement speed for 2/3 of the time would be super beneficial for melee minions, will definitly give it a try this league!

Yeah, and if you run Mistress of Sacrifice + The new Enduring Bond you will have perma uptime on it.
New Enduring Bond is 54% minion damage and 20% skill effect duration for for 3 points. Hard to not pick it up imo, but for some reason I see many minions build overlooking it.

The change to RH makes it kinda bad :( It's quite far away and just gives a chance for onslaught. It's no good for bossing and minions already are fine for clearing. I recommend just crafting 22% minion speed on each ring :)

Carrion golems are better for clearing because they use an aoe attack. The crabbies charge has a long cooldown so they just waddle around :P

It's possible. I think last league the HoP calculation was broken early in the league...

Pure clearspeed?

I think Syndicate Operatives will still be best (lots of projectiles with pierce), but need to check them again after league starts because of the bugfix/nerf.

I tried this in Heist but ended up going back to normal convo because of the cooldown penalty. I feel like it's better/safer to spam convo especially for melee minions.

Maybe people still think it's just for SRS? Was damage buffed in the update?

Kinda sad they took away the special SRS refresh from Enduring Bond though :(
