Build Help Please!!

Hello! I've made a lightning trapper. I've seen in some guides that "beginning gear" should have 6-8k ES, but I'm sitting at just over 3.5k...


Could someone look at my gear/skill tree and let me know where I should focus on making improvements?

I thought I had some alright gear, but I'm pretty far off. Thanks!
