Cannot socket watchstones into Lex Proxima

I have searched the forums and found instances of this problem but none of the suggested fixes have done anything for me.

I am at the point where I need to be socketing 4 watchstones into Lex Proxima and I cannot socket anything and thus I can't activate my conqueror's for that region. Any ideas? Support sent me this way.

What do you mean by "cannot socket"? Is the citadel showing at all? Do you see the sockets but it isn't letting you put the stones in for some reason?


The first item on a scripted tech support list would be to make sure you have found the citadel by doing a t3+ map there.

Maybe you are using platinum watchstones in regions they are not meant for?
