What is the best way to find this guy? Do the Einhar missions need to be in top tier red maps? Any particular maps?

Lira arthain is the best region for rare beasts because of "Beasts in areas are more likely to be less common varieties". Can get same mod on titanium watchstones. Farric lure will help. Easiest would be to just buy, might take a bit to find one yourself | |
