Immortal Call supported by Second Wind


Immortal Call supported by Second Wind now has longer cool down recovery time. Is this intended?

The mana cost is doubled (due to the recent visionary adjustment) but CD also increased?? Puzzled.

Re-read the description and patch notes.
Indeed the cool down recovery rate is reduced instead of increased.
Please rename to "Break Wind" instead of "Second Wind".
if you level your second wind to 21/23 it reduces your cooldwon recovery :)
You still get a free second use of the linked skills. They just made it far more difficult to perma-chain use the linked skills, which was very easily doable with a variety of cooldown skills. Also, there's no penalty to cooldown once you get it to 20/20.

They can just make second wind not support Guard skill?
I put in second wind, it cost an extra precious slot, and decreases the cool down. what kind of support gem is that?
Immortal call is good gem but already has a very short duration (am aware of ways to lengthen it).

And since we are at it, immortal call isn't really immortal.

Controlled Destruction lowers the critical strike chance of linked attacks, even though its damage bonus only affects spells.

There are plenty of support gems that are not beneficial if not used with gems that can benefit from all their modifiers.

You could still have a benefit to your cooldown if you socket it in an item that grants additional levels or quality to socketed gems of a certain type, which would be more easily obtainable than a 21/23 gem.
