Soul Ripper consuming charges even if no souls are needed - 4053004423

Because you have enchant "Used when Charges reach full" even without it, if you use any type of flask it will consume charges ;-)

@grigo18 it still consumes the flask charge even without instilling orb.

So, you saying it consumes flask charges on reaching full charges even w/o enchant?
