Maven is healing Shaper while he is immune

I remember specifically a patch in 3.13 that made it so Maven could not heal bosses while they are immune. However, I just fought shaper and she was healing him during his orb phase which makes him immune. Because of this I had to do about 3 full shaper fights and ultimately bricked the fight because of all the degen orbs he spawned.
