Microfreezes/Stutters dual Monitor (Twitch on second Monitor) Windows 10

Hello,

I wanted to mention a problem that exists within windows 10 users.

I tried all possible solutions/guides etc. from the last years without any solution that could fix it.

I play on a LG-Ultrageaer 3.840 x 1.6000 Ultrawide set to 120 Hz (down from 144/160)
And second Display is an old 1440p Monitor

Hardware:

CPU: AMD 5950x in DOCP enabled Auto OC
GPU: AMD 6900xt Liquid Devil ultimate (This GPU is overkill)
RAM: Trident Z Neo CL 14-15-15-34 downclocked to 3733 mhz from 4000 (to get it very stable with the CPUs Infinity Fabric in Synchro)
MOBO: Asus Dark Hero
SSD: Samsung M2 Pci4 980 pro 1tb
Internet is 100mbit glass fiber totally stable with 13 latency to gameservers
All in a Custom EK Loop

OS: Windows 10 Professional
All Drivers up to date!
BIOS also Up to Date
Hardware runs all benchmarks fine, no problems and no instabilities (outside of those freezes)

Browser Brave (Chromium)

Problem is, When I watch Twitch on the other screen, I constantly get some sort of freeze ingame every few seconds.
I saw a lot of threads from both customers (Nvidia+AMD) with this problems.
It seems that it must be Windows 10 related.
As soon as I close Twitch, the problem is gone. Its also with Youtube but it seems not as bad.

I tried all sorts of "Fixes" but nothing really works.

An Nvidia Employee mentioned, that windows 10 had problems, and people should delete 2 specific updates (they are very old)

I cant do that, because I do not even have such updates -.-

Does enyone here know what is going on?
Does someone from GGG have multiple reports like mine?

@players: Someone here with similar problems?

I know this problem exists in other games (especially shooter players get crazy)

Hopefully someone here has a hint or a fix that really works :(

PLZ HALP
