No Loot Filter Option

took a couple weeks break from POE. The last update I did was for Expedition. Logged in today, the game patched and now the is no option for loot filters in the "OPTIONS MENU". what the heck happened. I can't seem to find any threads about this anywhere.

It's in Options -> Game -> List of Item Filters

I just tried it and when I wasn't logged into a char, I could only choose "node" and "default".
Once I logged into a character I had my usual list available.
