You definitely need Fortify and more life. With that armour, you might also consider Imbalanced Guard, it's better than it appears from description, since resistances or "less damage taken" from Fortify do not count as damage reduction for it. It'll make you take more damage from small hits, but that shouldn't be a problem with decent sustain from leech and life on block.
