Missing pseudo affix filters for "all cold/fire/etc spell skills"

There are pseudo affix filters for level of socketed gems, which works correctly with combining +# All socketed gems and +# Socketed cold gems. There is, however, not a matching pseudo affix filter for level of all spell skills. It is, for example, not possible to filter on "+2 level of all cold spell skills" in a weighted filter because this requires two mods which cannot be treated as mutually inclusive. This also requires you search both fractured and non-fractured versions of the affix.
