Stat filter 'Attacks cannot cause bleeding' instead returns items with '%# chance to cause bleeding'

I'm trying to find an item to prevent me from causing bleeding. I go to trade site and do a search with stat filter 'Attacks cannot cause bleeding'. Trade site returns a bunch of items with 'Attacks have #% chance to cause bleeding' but no item with 'Attacks cannot cause bleeding'.

It is not a bug.

only source of cannot inflict bleeding is on bloodlust support gem.
there is no unique or influence mod with it. |
