while in this map the latency goes up and down like crazy and cant play ... even in hideout while portals are opened the latency is insane ... after i opened another set of portals to another map everything is fine ... please check Arid lake map ...

This isn't a bug and has nothing to do with that map in particular. It has to do with the instance server.
Make a post over in the Tech help section of the forums with a WinMTR report to that instances IP address. If you don't know what that means, read the sticky in that forum.
