Atlas Completion Bugged

Hello,

I have started very late in the league. After leveling my Scion yesterday i started to do map completion for the Atlas Bonus. im still on white/Yellow maps.

My Atlas got somehow stuck on 25 Map Completion. i first tought i have to kill the first 4 Conquerers in the outer region before proceeding above 25 becouse i had got some maps from a friend and i tough this was a gating mechanics so player cant just skipp Maping to hard...

But it seem really bugged. i have done many maps with just staying on 25 completion with the hopes that it gets fixed on its own when killing the first 4 Conquerers.

So can i get help with a fix or maybe an advice how i can fix this problem?

First of all, Technical Support isn’t for in-game issues such as this, so a moderator will likely move your thread. Could you offer an example of a map you have competed without your Atlas updating to reflect that? Was the map normal, magic, or rare?

Sorry for posting here then. I tryied to find a way to contact Support directly via email but i couldnt find anything trough where i could do that. Right now im not home so i cant go ingame and make a screenshot of a map that i would have run.

The maps that i have run was simple white maps with an Alchemy orb so rare white/yellow maps.

So if this is the wrong place for my problem, could you redirect me in this case? I really couldnt find anything where i can contact support about ingame bugs or problems

I had been hoping for the map of a map, e.g. Shore. Most likely you are either running the same maps each time, or else you are not completing their objectives. We all use the same Atlas. If it works for everyone else, it works for you. Having the name of a problematic map would help a lot.

The problem is it is not a single map it is a normal map. And i dont know if you can see this but i have seweral tousend hours spend in Poe... i know that im not doing anything wrong. i checked every time if i had compleeted the map. I do them kill the boss get the completion but it dosnt show on atlas

Can i share links here? would link you an image of my atlas if that would help?

Yes; you can share links here. Using the URL button will make it clickable, and using the IMAGE button will embed an image if you use a direct link to it. But plaintext links are fine, too.

It is not my intention to be unkind, however - while bugs are possible, things do not work for some accounts but not other accounts. The code for the system is the same regardless of the account that is being used at the time. I do not believe this to be a bug of any kind.

You said that you make sure to kill the boss to get the completion, however the Atlas shows the bonus completion - it does not only care about the boss being dead.

I know that as i said i have played more this game then i have probably worked in my life haha

I know the core mechanics very well. i know that diffrent map tiers need to be in diffrent quality for completion t1-t5 magic and above is rare and late red maps rare corrupted... so i cant find anything that im doing wrong.

I've asked for a specific example of a map you think should have had its bonus completed that hasn't. There's really nothing that anyone - staff or otherwise - can do without knowing that.

To prove that this is a bug;

• Before starting a map, take a screenshot of the map item's tooltip.
• After finishing the map, take a screenshot in the boss's room.
  
  • Before doing so, press Tab to show the zone information on the right.
• After finishing the map, take a screenshot of the map's tooltip on the Atlas.

The Atlas is divided into 8 regions;

• In Haewark Hamlet you have completed 4 maps, of which 1 has had its bonus objective completed.
• In Tirn's End you have completed 4 maps, of which 3 have had their bonus objective completed.
• In Glennach Cairns you have completed 8 maps, of which 7 have had their bonus objectives completed.
• In New Vastir you have completed 3 maps and completed the bonus objectives of all 3.
• In Lex Proxima you have completed 4 maps, of which 2 have had their bonus objectives completed.
• In Lex Ejoris you have completed 4 maps, of which 1 has had its bonus objective completed.
• In Lira Arthain you have completed 3 maps, of which none have had their bonus objectives completed.
• In Valdo's Rest you have completed 2 maps and completed the bonus objectives of both.

1 + 3 + 7 + 3 + 2 + 1 + 0 + 2 = 19.

Six maps with their bonus objectives completed aren't shown due to the placement of your Watchstones. You've said the image shows the number should be higher than 25, but it doesn't.
