mouse left button won't respond timingly after pressing any of a QWERT key

What I am experiencing is very similar to

No matter it's Move-only or an Instant skill bounding to the left mouse button, I get following result:

1. Do something with QWERT key (any spell, instant/non-instant, attack skill)
2. Click and hold the left mouse button, RIGHT AFTER finishing previous step
3. Nothing happens, I have to repeat step 2 in order to make my character move.

At the step 2, if I don't click and hold it quickly, my character will move as I expected.

This is happening on my desktop PC, but not on my Microsoft Surface laptop. No matter how quick I click and hold the left mouse button, my character always moves on the laptop.

This makes the gaming experience very bad. Please help.

Might be a silly question, but have you tried changing your mouse?

The reason I'm suspecting that your mouse might be the problem is because I have changed my mouse 3 times since I started playing POE! >_<
For reference, I played since Betrayal league and only have ~4k hours with the game.

My mouse is working properly with the laptop. It is a Razer Mamba.

Also, a new discovery. In town, no matter what UI key gets pressed, like C/P/U, the left mouse click has problem as well!
