Auto use Flasks Bug

This doesn't normally happen when I'm mapping but only when I do Alvas in maps. Whenever I enter her portal and exit it, I would often get this bug where the flasks would stop auto use. For example, I have a diamond with the enchantment "Reused at the end of flask effect", it would then stop reusing after its effect has ended after exiting Alva's in-map portal.

i have a similar issue where "used when you start bleeding" doesn't trigger when i start bleeding, and i have to use the flask manually for it to work

Yeah, for me it just keeps happening whenever I enter or exit Alva's in-map portal and it had been really frustrating.
