"Unspeakable Gifts" cluster jewel notable problem.

Hi, i have a short question to some kind of support.

On Chaos Large Cluster Jewels we can find Notable called "Unspeakable Gifts".
The description bellow Notable says:
"Enemies you Kill have a 10% chance to Explode, dealing a quarter of their maximum Life as Chaos Damage"

Symilar description we can find on Obliteration Wands:
"Enemies you Kill have a 20% chance to Explode, dealing a quarter of their maximum Life as Chaos Damage"

Going forward, again we can find it on the "Profane Bloom" Ascendary Keystone,
the only change is the enemy needs to be cursed:

"Cursed Enemies you or your Minions kill have a 40% chance to Explode, dealing a quarter of their maximum Life as Chaos Damage"

By stacking all those sources of explosion, in theory, i should obtain 100% chance to explode with 2 wands and 2 cluster notables. And there is a thing.
The Profane Bloom and Obliteration Wands chance to explode cooperate, efectivly giving 80% chance to explode as long as enemy is cursed.
The remaining 10% from clusters seems to work independ, completely ruining my plan to achieve 100%.

My question is: It's that intentional, do i misunderstood something, i'm blind or its just not intended and not noticed because Notable is not used enaught?

I mean, i wish to have 100% chance to explode, and i would not be mad if thats intentional thing, but still, the description is exacly this same, what's make me confused.

PS: I noticed that by stacking all of those sources with curse on hit on ring, and it seems like 15% of enemies left corpses on the ground. It is especialy noticable while i kill some packs of Porcupines.
If i understand corectly, after roll of 80% from wands and Profane Bloom there is second roll thats have 20% chance, so efectivley i should get 84% chance.

If some proof need to be send, i can record that. And sorry for misspells, ENG its not my native langue.

Saw your vid/post googling around and I think I know what your issue is.

Profane bloom( PB) has the wording cursed enemies explode

Well curse are applied AFTER the first hit so your curse on hit rings/or gloves only applies the curse after a hit.

And if you kill your enemies in 1 hit they never get cursed. (The cluster jewel mod is more general and always works)

I bet if you take that test character to a high level area you might see less/no corpses as mobs might take 2 hits to kill.

In the video i got blasphemy and AoE of curse aura is bigger than Death Oath aura. Corpses stay on the ground even if pack didn't die from proliferation (all enemies are cursed in moment of death).
And even if not, thar would not matter, since you apply on-hit effects on enemy even if he dies from this same very hit. Profane bloom will proliferate even with only on hit curse, withdraw any other sources of dmg nor curse.
TLDR: curse on hit apply before explo, confirmed by tests and GGG.
(i do not wanna search for source but i think it was Mark who says that)
I spent 30 minutes searching using keywords in "Mechanical Questions Thread", unfortunately to no avail.
Well, I guess you're right about on-hit after hit.
Enemies enter AoE of Death Aura and Curse with Blashemy -> they die -> the first ones explode at 100% -> opponents outside the range of my blashemy prolifer explo from 60%, unless they get more than one explosion.
However, it should be noted that when, for example, a Legion Monolith is activated, one large explosion occurs.
This would mean that everything happens in one server tick.
BTW: I put the equivalent of about 2-3 HH into the build. 3 passive voices, megalomaniacs, double corrupted and elevated items.
Fun but single target still sucks. And withdraw HH buffs you are toooo sloooooow....
