QoL, Item Weight, Looting and Spreadsheet Gaming - GGG missing the point?

So im a hard pro auto looting guy myself.
I never played a game with autoloot and thought negativ about it.
My Items always felt worthy and important no matter where I "found" them.

That said, I understand some aspects of GGG saying they want their Items to have Weight and having picking them up to be an important part of the Gameplay loop.

HOWEVER

Its to much right now.
WAAAAAAAAAAY to much.

That goes from the amount you have to loot in general. From Splinters to Currencies to (useless) rares. Down to storing them up, sorting them and selling them if you play trade.

Chris said that to much "QoL" so to speak would turn it into a Spreadsheet of numbers going up.
Besides the point that we allready have absolutly this in trade, we dont want it turned into such an extrem.

WE WANT A BETTER FEELING while dealing with all this stuff.
Making Looting a fun part thats PART of the Game and not the majority. Like Maps clearing takes less time then looting it in several occasions.
SSF makes this even more of an nightmare (which + hardcore is the way to play according to Chris *cough*)
WE WANT A BETTER FEELING while sorting our Stashes and organising them.
Like dont give us the 100% Spreadsheet treatment, but at least give us some better tools to deal with it.

Looting is often a burden in PoE
But it should be the fun part!
THE REWARD AFTER THE BURDEN! so to speak

YOU JUST KILLED THIS BADASS MONSTER!
Now please tidy up after yourself and clean this mess of splinters and often worthless loot.

Thats not fun.
Thats not the right weight GGG should focus on.

Please turn Looting and Stashing into a Part of the Game you engage with, but are not burdened by. A part you need to choose and pick and keep an eye open, but not a 50/50 part time investment of the mapping progress (looting and stashing vs maping)

I want to play PoE, not a looting sim.
Loot should be more the reward, not the burden.
I cant empthasize this enough!
