Cobra Lash Stuck at 80% chance to poison on hit

Not sure if it is just a problem with the tool tip updating the new numbers but it is stuck at 80%. With two mortem morsu fright claw's and chance to poison support, I should be at 100% but it is not changing.

" This is not a bug but a case of misleading tooltip. Check the offensive stats for the skill which will show the correct value. The skill tooltip doesn't include alot of things, such as the local poison chance on your claws. |

I did check and now I have 190% to poison on hit. seems kind of dumb that it only says 80%. It is not like you can poison with anything else other than a hit so I don't see why the numbers are different.
