Vendor recipe for divine orbs.
|
the 6s for jewelers recipe would work exactly the same:
if you vendor 2 rare items with the same name, you WILL get 1 chance orb. not 2 divines, not 14 jewelers, not anything else. 1 chance orb. |
|
" Again, there is nothing to fix. It works exactly the way it is supposed to. And yet again, if you want something changed, go post in feedback. "Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning."

" >gameplay help and discussion< move on,you have nothing to say or your only point is arguing just to argue. |
|
" Well thats what im suggesting. Change this so that you dont by accident get something thats a lot less valuable. Same with the 14 jewellers getting screwed by 1 chance. Again - im not saying its a bug,i'm just saying it would be better, right? It would be quicker, more comfortable to just slam sell stuff to the vendor without having to worry about it turning into a single chance. I completely understand stuff like when i put in a bunch of rings and amulets and other items to sell, and the vendor wants to sell me back some other type of ring - its a recipe and it has to exist because otherwise you cant get that base or something. But when we're talking 2 items that are worth good currency getting turned into 1 chance.. just talking about QoL here guys. |
|
" thats fair. go take this entire post, right here, and put it in the 'feedback' section. |

This post,right here,was moved,right here,by a moderator. So i guess it's where it's supposed to be.

" That's because in the beginning what you claimed to be an issue, wasn't = game help section for understand game mechanics. it then turned to "feedback" later..... |

I agree that the more valuable recipe should be priority, but how can the system know you wanted divines instead of chances? I know that sounds so so dumb but the system doesn't know what you want, it just knows you put in two items that qualify for two different recipes.
Maybe a confirmation prompt when this happens that lets you choose which recipe you want? |
|
" Hmm,a prompt wouldn't really be a solution,as it would probably slow you down as much as just trading the items separately a few times in a row. I'm thinking maybe just make items with the same name, like the mirrored corrupts you can easily find in corrupted maps, sell like separate items? So that the system doesn't count them towards chances and actually counts them the same way as if theyre different items, just with 6 sockets or 6links. |

The best thing is to just pay attention to what it's about to give you. I've done things like that before. Not with divines but other recipes.
