Archon Kite Shields are fine to add to this list if you have the Artifacts for them.

I reference rarity tiers in this video. These are estimates based upon the work of player PoorFishWife. She had the genius idea of scraping data from all of the Inscribed Ultimatums that upgraded uniques that were available last league. This data isn’t guaranteed to have been correct then, and might have become inaccurate since. However it’s the most comprehensive tiering of uniques we’ve ever had.

Link to Fishwife’s Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/nzm9xz/datamined_unique_item_tier_list_from_inscribed/

However, I suspect Fishwife got one thing wrong – I think all of her jewel info is listed as one tier rarer than the item is. So I suspect Unnatural Instinct is the same rarity as Asenath’s Gentle Touch.

SSF tips:

I think the best bet is to look for any build-enabling items you’d love to have, then burn your Gwennen currency AT THE MINIMUM POSSIBLE LEVEL for that item. This is really important on items like Soul Mantle, there’s a strong bias toward high level bases dropping at endgame, and I suspect Gwennen respects this. Tier 3 and lower items should be reasonably accessible this way. 1 and 2 require luck, 0 a miracle.

Trade tips:

NEVER pass an ilvl 86 Supreme Spiked Shield or Colossal Tower Shield in the present economy. As long as the item doesn’t corrupt Spectral Shield Throw players will love you. (Note they prefer ‘clean’ ones to any influence other than Shaper or Warlord, but the influence ones will sell too albeit at a lower price). These will fall in price over time.

Silk Gloves – Asenath’s Gentle Touch. The base is low level and so very rare to see, you might even consider making a level 25-ish character for these (maybe a bit higher, . Normally I’d say ilvl 60+ is better for gloves (due to corruption chances) but there’s a div card for two-implicit krangled ones of these.

Leather Belt – Shooting for the moon here. It’s almost Headhunter or bust. However, influenced items can be fine too. Not really as bases (they are 5c and down except Elder or Hunter 86s) but I suspect Gwennen can drop above average rolled items.

Viridian Jewel – Not one but two excellent hits (Unnatural Instinct at tier 1, Intuitive Leap at tier 2). Plus corrupt and two-implicit corrupt ones can be really great.

Turquoise Amulet, ilvl 82+ - Badge is T1 and cheaper than Asenath so not as good value. Hitting badge is only one good outcome though, a Hunter item is fine as a crafting base and other bases are OK too.

Other amulets, ilvl 86 – Uniques here are mostly fails – this is chasing influenced bases. If you get an awful base (e.g. Hunter Coral), you can upgrade it to an Onyx by vendoring with three skill gems one green one blue one red.
