Farm oni goroshi

Hi,
Can you change the way we farm oni goroshi ? Because farm 20h in strand to get a weapons who is not really good is not funny. i'm at 10h of farming and i just wanna crush my balls please, help me :(.
Can you not add Uber hilock as a lvl 90+ boss or add another way to get it (if i'm not wrong we can farm the div card but......).

It's a very good weapon if you build for it - tailor made for a scion. Stack crit, and you can go a fire skill or a herald stacking with pretty much anything that multi-hits and tear your way through T-16 maps

It also takes way way waaaaaaaaaay less than 20 hours. I've farmed five of them over the years. Including one this league. It typically takes you about half way into level 8. Then you just smoke through the whole game.

Just remember some regeneration. "Demonslayer the Cheap and Nasty" burns going down - and coming up.

I don't think Charan is posting anymore, but suffice it to say that the creator of the Oni-Goroshi specifically requested that she be ridiculously, unreasonably grindy to obtain, even going so far as to suggest that GGG didn't make it take long enough. So I wouldn't count on that changing anytime soon.

You're absolutely right in that farming OG is a waste of time, but... nobody is making you do it? You can easily reach maps in less time than she takes to farm, make some currency, and buy the sword from another player. Complaining that OG takes too long to farm is kind of like standing in the rain and complaining about being wet.

Ty for the info, but the thing is, oni goroshi is not hard to farm, i "just " need to lvl up lvl 7 in the strand (lol) and walk to see if this is uber hillock or not, this is borring af.
If that was a end game boss where i can use my brain that will be better for me.
But np, i understand the point of Charan.

That was a good read. Thanks for that link. I was actually entertaining the notion of continuing to farm the swords, and I'm glad I didn't try that. My character was decked out in yellows from all the Hillock kills, and about a quarter of the way into level 8. Figured since now that I had the ability to mop the floor with Uber Hillock, I could just farm an inventory of the sword over the next week and have my entire end-game suit effectivly "paid-for" before I even hit act 1.

Now I know you can't do that, and I'm really glad I didn't try. You saved me a fair bit of aggravation and a few hours of work down the road - because that is the sort of sh*t I'd definitely have gotten up to at some point...

After 17h of farm (with my 4 characters) i got the oni-goroshi and this is the last time i do this because this is not worth.

I've farmed 3 or 4 Oni Goroshis. It is a different experience. I would get into a zone and just go with the flow. It can be kind of fun and a soothing experience, especially with a Bourbon or Scotch keeping me company.

Someone mentioned about farming the div card. It takes 27 cards!

Even if you don't want to farm one, I highly recommend playing through the 10 acts with one, starting with a level 1 character. The most fun I ever had playing PoE was the first time playing through all 10 acts with an Oni Goroshi and listening to the delightful Goddess dialogue.
