Lightning strike Visual Problem

Since yesterday i have been playing lightning strike without any problems, howerver today when i hit maps every time i use the skill it gives me a big blue flashing box on the screen wich was not there yesterday, this blue flashing box occurs when i use the skill several times in a row.

I have tried Steam Integrity check, Restarting the game serveral times, update my drivers and handfull of other fixes that people told me to do.
Nothing worked, so im not sure if there is an in game fix for this or that there is something wrong with my pc.

This happens every time i use the skill, no problem whatsoever when i use Vaal Lightning Strike

I have the same issue and have found how to duplicate it.

The issue occurs when your character is in cat's stealth from aspect of the cat

on the left is during cat's stealth and on the right is during cat's agility


I also tested with phasing from a quarts flask but the issue seems isolated to aspect of the cat.

The issue is visible to other players in your party as well

I bought the new MTX in hopes it might fix the issue but unfortunately it still happens

I'm seriously considering selling my farrul's to avoid this bug and picking up a crit/curse chest of some kind. Any word if this will get fixed soonish?

I gave up and sold my farruls, life is much better now.
