Beasts not being sent to your Menagerie after being captured.

I have been running a lot of beast rotas with my guild and I have found out that in some maps the first beast that gets captured doesn't get sent to the Menagerie.
It seems like it only happens when the beasts can be seen from the portal location when loading in.
I have taken a couple of videos to show it happening.
In the first video you will see the bug happening, I type something in the search bar when I load into the map. This is so I can see what beast I capture during that map.
To prevent any discussion regarding the typing in the search bar at the beginning of the map, I have recorded a video of me running a map with every single beast being captured and being sent to the Menagerie.
After this we thought it may be a visual bug where the beast still gets sent to the Menagerie even though it doesn't show up in the search bar.
So I made a third video of us checking the name of the beast that gets captured (beasts that get captured have the same name for everyone in the party, so this was an easy way to double check it). As expected it's not a visual bug, the beast just doesn't get sent to the Menagerie, except for the map owner which will get the beast sent to his Menagerie.
