PoE requires download again (appmanifest problems) [Steam version]

Today, after I wake up, log in steam and find that my poe requires download again. I check everything and find the problem. Somehow steam (or PoE) deleted appmanifest (App ID file)

Game still in C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common
But in C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps I have only Valheim app ID file


Pls do something with it because everytime when it delete my app id file I should install it somehow by using some 3rd software program

The Steam version is buggy af.
I switched to the standalone version back and many visual and performance bugs/crashes got fixed.
I also had many many problems with all my games on Steam platform and when switched to standalone much better. Steam is also a pain if you loose connection because you need to wait for Steam account to reconnect before logging back to the game.
But in the end is your choice if you want to suffer with Steam bugs and performance issues.

Also your problem seems to be more related to Steam or maybe even Windows and not GGG at all, maybe you can the Steam support can give you better info on how to fix your problem. Good luck.
