Instant crash on launch (Steam)

Hello everyone, after about 7 months i've come back to play, and the first thing what i see after launch is:

"PathOfExileSteam.exe has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."

after some time of looking through other posts there i've tried everything what i found, but nothing changed.

well, now some specifics:
game crashes immediately after launch, i think even before loading anything(configs do nothing), i updated driver, pushed "check file integrity", reinstalled, messed with command line arguments, deleted shader cache, disabled audio devices, tried updating DirectX, updated Windows, and other things what i already forgot.

crash itself as seen in event viewer:

same problem
same problem.

my steam client sometimes works sometimes doesn't even start.

but I have no problems starting the game with Poe launcher.

I'm sure of 100% that standalone client will crush same way. GGG doesn't react on that problem, so maybe someday it gone. I gave up to try fix it and bumping posts about it.
Okay, looks like worked for me is resetting the WMI repository

Run cmd as administrator

Enter the following commands into the command prompt window one at a time. Press Enter after each command. Any time you get a confirmation prompt, confirm the prompt. One of the commands may also tell you the WMI service is already started. This is okay.

net stop winmgmt
winmgmt /resetrepository
net start winmgmt
