Map portals disappearing after being disconnected

I have the same problems as mentioned above.
I lost four lvl 85 Logbooks in SSF in this way, it is very disappointing getting disconnected and loosing all Portals.

I had 2 DCs today. In both cases I've lost really valuable items because of this bug. Ofc I could not find the remaining portals when I connected back to the game.

Having same issues, its really bad we dont get any refunds, i lost 1 Minotaur Map and 1 Shaper Boss Map (4 Fragments), yesterday in 30mins, now i had same again with Shaper Map (4 Fragments), all on Frankfurt Realm. Please Fix this or i stop buying anything from ingame shop until its solved or i get a refund!

Can you please check in your logfile (POE Install folder\logs) that the crashed instance was also on a server instance with IP that start with 185.19.216. Thanks.

you are correct, I was connected to 185.19.216.157:6112 then a Abnormal disconnect happened

Also lost 3 Grave Trough Maps...
In one of the maps and before disc, I was able to do Zana's mission but unable to enter the abys and arena on the same map.

This is something that is happening in the last 2 days.
What is the reason?

Same here, It happened to me now 3 maps in row, like 5x in total. I am loosing my maps ;(
