Map portals disappearing after being disconnected

About once or twice a day I get DCd when doing maps. I can log back in right away and one of two things happens:
1. All the remaining portals are there but all disappear as soon as I click one 2. All the portals are gone

In one case the portals in my hideout remained and I could enter the map after disconnection but the Zana mission portals inside the map (in which I got DCd) disappeared when I tried to use one.

I have the same problem.
1) I have been disconnected while doing map
2) I log again and use another portal without issue
3) After finished map I can't use portal to my hideout -> error occurs: "Failed to join instance because: Disconnected from the server"
4) I relog and than all my portals from hideout disappeared

I lost a bunch of maps today from this. My connection is fine but the instance server just dies and spits me out, when I log back in I'm in town and my portals are gone. This is happenning ever third map today, I can't play like this.

Lost 1 Hunter encounter to this yesterday and another one today.
I do not recall having this problem on normal maps though. Only on ones that Zana opens.
Yesterday when the DC occurred the login screen had an error message saying that game server lost connection to realm.

And it happened again. Made portal to hideout to grab something I wanted to scour for harvest - disconnected and portals gone on reconnect.

And again. GGG please make the portals not disappear.

Same here. Game Server (Frankfurt) lost contact with Realm. Disconnect and all portals and the loot of simulacrum wave 20 is lost.

Having these problems since a couple of months and still no explanations from GGG.

Only words we hear are nerfs, nerfs, nerfs.
I don't know why I still play PoE...

Same happened to me, lost a Temple to it. Was halfway through, then I got disconnected with "The operation timed out" and couldn't reconnect for a minute. After that the portals were gone and Alva had a new layout.

all of above are instance crashes

Lost Shaper set, Syndicate safehouse and bestiary boss map to dissappearing instances in a span of 10 hours.
