Absolution minion AoE not scaling

I was watching RaizQT's vod from after the buffs and went to check the patch notes if it was fixed, apparently it wasn't even reported. Ok, but there's at least some sort of visual bug, you mentioned the Fearsome Force notable on the other post being not being enough to tell the difference but the clip I linked also has Unwavering Crusade for a total of 79% increased AoE, even with the base area being small, 79% should be enough for a clearly visible difference.

Sorry, but I'm bumping this because I feel like it's being disregarded. This is the player's Absolution with 0% increased AoE:

The only reason the second one looks slightly bigger is because it was 3 casts on top of each other. You can't honestly tell me that the second image's AoE is 79% bigger than the first one.
