I keep crashing in Refinery (PS4)

Can't continue with the campaign. I keep crashing shortly after entering the Refinery zone in Act 9. Tried making a new zone, still blue screened.
Other crashes I had beforehand were random and not repeatable. This is just a hard stop to my progress.

I've fired the game back up to do testing on a different character but I have now found an instance of Refinery that works (on the same character as before tk_Expedius in SSF Expedition). It had the Expedition placed right near the entrance. My hunch is that placing the Expedition elements was crashing the other zones. Once I'm done with this working zone, I'll see if I can reproduce the zone crashing or if I just happened to run into two zones that had something else wrong.
I don't know if you can directly search through the Sony crash reports or if they are of any use, but I put "crashed in Refinery twice" into on of the reports. Or at least something very similar, if you search for Refinery, it should come up.

Can you reproduce this? This is pretty funny to me, this happens in all zones of the game and any given map. The game goes on chain blue screen mode regularly. This league i have had multiple maps that i have blue screened every single portal and bricked the map because of 100% crash rate. The game is in a very bad place

After the Refinery that worked for me with the nearby Rog Expedition, I had another instance that worked too and also had a close by Rog Expedition. The third instance crashed again after a few Leap Slams into the zone. Didn't see Expedition on the minimap.

Reentered the third instance that crashed before and placed down a portal at the entrance. Didn't crash again, Expedition was a few screens to the upper left, Rog again. Will do some more instance testing, I'm obviously not in a hurry to get through campaign. :D

Refinery seems to have a tendency to spawn another league's content too.
3rd instance: crashed once early, Expedition a few screens away - Rog, Delirium
4th: no crash, Expedition near entrance - Gwennen, Syndicate
5th: no crash, Expedition a few screens to the left - Gwennen, Abyss
6th: no crash, Expedition near entrance - Rog, haven't looked for other content
7th, no crash, Expedition a few screens to the left - Tujen, haven't looked for secondary league but it had a corrupted zone.

Ok, stopping with farming this zone. Maybe there is one layout that has trouble and I had the "luck" to encounter it twice in a row earlier but finding that is more of a job for a person with QA tools or at least a PS5 for decent loading times.

By the way, I really appreciate how fast the PC patches got onto the console branch and I hope you can fix some more of those crashes soon. Also, as usual, I like the UI and handling of the league mechanic better on consoles. ;)
