Unable to take currency from trade board after accepting trade

On ps4 pro
Washington DC servers

I offered a lions roar flask for 13 chaos on the boards and accepted the trade very late last night before bed.
The buyer provided 13 chaos, and it is there in the trade board screen.

But now that I am back on the game, I can’t take the currency.

Can someone please help me out here?

Update: I’m getting an error that “the player no longer has the item listed”
As it was my item for sale I assume this person has accepted their flask, but my currency appears to be stuck in limbo as I didn’t grab it immediately after accepting apparently.

I was trying to craft something and I just kinda crashed out after a long day of gaming …. And my crafting rng was terrible also, so I could really use a win here.
