How many passives at each act?

So far doing more or less a full clear of each area, with no repeat farming

ACT 3 44 points

Cruel

Anyone care to help me fill in the blanks?

Well, you counted in your level, so this are your personal stats.
Act 1 gives 3 passive points per difficulty
Act 2 gives 1 per difficulty, in case you pick that reward
Act 3 gives 3 per difficulty

If you choose to always pick the passive in act 2 and finish act 3 merciless at level 64 (level of enemies for lunaris level 3) you would end up with 84 points.

anyone have a list of levels for the acts between act 3 normal and act 3 merciless?

Cruel:
A1: 40
A2: 47
A3: 52

Merciless:
A1: 56
A2: 60

Those are the monster levels for the last areas of the acts.

Assuming you clear each area while you are the same level as that area, you get your extra passive points at the following levels: 6, 13, 21, 30, 34*. 37, 39, 44, 49, 52*. 58*, 59, 62, 64*. * indicates 2 points available, either from one two-point quest or two one-point quests; periods indicate a new difficulty.

Using the same logic, you can expect bandit rewards at: 23, 45, 59. Another passive skill point is a possible bandit reward.
