global damage + animate guardian

If I give the animate guardian items with the "global damage" mod, it should increase my damage (and other minions too)?

So if I give him Stuff like Gruthkul's Pelt or The Grey Spire, shouldt it increase my (tooltip) damage too ? Or Im just blind ...

( Oh, and: does the skullhead increase the life reg from other minions like zombies if the guardian wears it ? I ask for the other minions, not the guardian. )

Items on Guardian only affect the Guardian, unless there affixes that state they affect nearby allies

Think of AG a if playing with a friend. His gear does not affect you unless it specifically says so. Main difference is AG is not a party member and cannot use skills.
