Redeemer instance crash bug

Game did not register Redeemer kill because of crash that occured shortly after her death. This means she did not appear in Sirus circle in the middle of Atlas. But upon further spawning her, there were no additional mobs on the map and it was found that she had even spawned after opening the atlas. And her progress bar wasn't showing any "mob-spawn" points.
