Game Stuttering, LOW FPS, Crashes all 5 min

i dont know what is happening.... but since the 3.15.1 patch my game is completly unplayable... sadly we have weekend now... thx

tried all common "fixes" you can find on the internet. it is clearly since the last patch. i can play all new games on high graphic with at least ~60 FPS and POE is at terrible 30~ fps. pls finaly fix your game. the performance is completly busted and i know i'm not the only one.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
RAM: 24GB DDR3 1600
GPU: 1070 GTX

Fact is majority of cases are user-end problems.
So don't try to sell this ''many players have this issue yadayada''
Just yesterday there were half a dozen topics with what apparently was not at all user problem and 100% GGG, at the end at least two of those players found out their cpu cooler had died, and one of them apparently had so much dust in their system, they might as well not have any cooling.

So if you want some help, provide details and drop that ''not an issue on my end'' cuz as of late i am surprised some people even know how to turn on their computer.

In one of the latest patches ggg even provided vastly improved perf graph, click F1 and see whats out of norm, that's your problem.

Since 3.15.1 my game is also unplayable. Huge Latency spikes that only happen on PoE (other games are totally fine).

funny, the forum is full of these crash posts and you flame ppl being to stupid for doing anything.

if you think its normal to be able to play other high graphic needed games with "high" settings with 60 fps but poe looks like meat with 30 FPS, then yes... it was to much dust in their system.

i tried reinstall, reinstall nvidia driver, refreshed my monitor hz rate by changing from 60 to 50 and back. lowered all graphic to an absolut minimum, tried out vulkan, all with vsync of and on. switched from windowed mode to fullscreen, deleted caches files, changed config for SOUND AND SHADOWS, deleted the minimap files... on only thing that worked for me for having at least near 60 FPS was lowering the sound... how spagetti does your code has to be that lowering your sound increase your fps?

for the crashes i try to force them, spawning conq, league stuff etc. they appear completly random. just playing a map, running delve, doing einhar biest event. couldnt see anything strange beside "running, freeze, instant game crash, desktop"

so sorry that my computer isnt the best, but it isnt the worst, permanent under 40 temp, a good air flow, not even using 50% of all memorys (GPU RAM etc) and having this hard porblems... no men, this is not a user problem
