CTD Since start of Ultimatum, never solved

I have tried everything on my end apart from buying a new computer.
Installed, re-installed, cleared, pack checked, pack defrag, changing partitions, changing drives, a new ssd, a different ssd. Win10 restore, Win10 re-install, full format, new drivers, old drivers, beta drivers for GFXCard, for Sound, for mouse/keyboard... Apart from buying new hardware, I have tried literally everyhing. I'm out of ideas. Crashes are always the same:
