Can't finish "Fallen from Grace" / Twilight Strand in Act 6

I've thoroughly checked this map 3 times top to bottom and middle, there are no monsters left. Only one NPC, Danig. I even completed the expedition encounter and destroyed as many chests/barrels/etc thinking maybe there are missing monsters that way, but nope. It was 1 monster remaining before that and it was 1 monster remaining after that.

I already tried that. I did the expedition encounter after, thinking it might help. It did not.
