Suggestion to make Gwennen a little more useful: mysterious baubles

So, the consensus seems to be that Tujen, Rog, and Dannig are pretty good. Gwennen, however, not so much. She has a role for SSF, but even then, she’s not great. The issue is that you have no control over what bases she’ll offer, so you could reroll her 100 times and only see the base you want a handful of times, and with the odds of getting a unique, you’ll almost never get the item you want or a big ticket unique. Let’s say you want a headhunter. You may only see 10 leather belts from 100 Astragalis and the odds are so low, the odds are functionally nonexistent. You also can’t really even sell her currency because no one wants it because gambling isn’t very good.

So here’s my idea: have her sell an item called “mysterious bauble”. It’d be an unidentified 1-slot item, you won’t know what it is until you buy it. It could be any item that fits in one inventory slot: a stack of currency, a map, a scarab, an oil, a catalyst, a fossil, a div card, etc. Any misc item that takes up one slot. I feel this would give us an incentive to use Astragalis without it being too overwhelmingly rewarding.
