Renderer Option Greyed Out.

My Game after changing Graphics Card from an RTX 2070 to a RX 6800 xt doesn't allow for me to change to Vulkan, it instead being greyed out and unable to change from Directx11 to Vulkan.

I've tried both the steam version and the standalone version.
I've tried updating my drivers.
I've tried changing the config to Vulkan (and also making it read only)
I've tried directly running the 64bit exe through the game (Which is only 524KB, whereas my 32bit one is 42,781KB, not sure if that's normal.)
I've tried going through the game files, deleting every one, and re-installing.

I've not tried reinstalling my rtx 2070, and I'd rather not from what seems like a very strange issue with the game.
This issue only appeared when I installed my new graphics card. Thanks.

Renderer options are tied to GPUs directly, you swapped it, and an option became unavailable, and it's somehow game's fault?

P.S. might be a long shot, but afaik when you update nVidia drivers, part of the package includes vulkan, could just be that after you uninstalled nVidia drivers, and installed amd ones, they did not include it, so it's greyed out because you have to manually install it.

Edit: Googled a bit, and apparently amd has issues with random bugs not allowing the use of vulkan api even if you have it installed.

No rest for the wicked.

Go figure, the one time I've decided not to use DDU it's messed something up. Thanks for the help. That's my lesson learned I guess.
Took me half a minute to google it, there are plenty of topics and links regarding the problem, that being said, if there are topics with problems, some/most of them include solutions, might be worth just doing a bit of research, apparently you can get it to work, it's just that it might take some fiddling about.
No rest for the wicked.
