Mystic Bulwark not applying block chance

Bug Report # 2,362,010,948
Anointed amulet with 2 teal oils to allocate Mystic Bulwark. Defense stats show the increase in mana regeneration, and total mana increases, but stats to not reflect any increase in chance to block spell damage. Did I just burn 3 teal oils for nothing?    Last bumped on Jul 31, 2021, 1:58:39 AM
