Help with Hardcore Kitava

So I've just started Act 10 on Hardcore for the first time and I'm hoping to get some advice about what my character should look like in order to tackle Kitava.

I'm playing a Shield Crush Gladiator, what should I be shooting for in terms of Life Total / Block Chance / Armor / Chaos Resistance numbers?

I'm a decent player but I'm gonna get hit by some of her stuff, how do I not get 1 shot?

I usually have ~3k life by A10 Kitava, and you'll also want your fire res to be capped so that the flamethrower part doesn't just instantly lay you out.

Best way to deal with Kitava is honestly to just dodge everything he throws your way while dpsing him. 1 attack in particular you should dodge is Kitava reaching bellow the ground for something and then throwing some debris looking stuff at you. It's actually rare as I've noticed he doesn't do it every time you fight him, but it 1 shots you for sure. He does it with his right hand if it means anything to you, so the moment he reaches underneath with his right hand, be ready to dodge.

Is there a way to dodge the one where he sets the entire arena on fire? That's the only one I've never figured out how to do other than eat it, and it can get painful on the maps version with certain mods.

Anywho yeah his most dangerous attack is well telegraphed with runes on the ground that explode. One's in an X shape and another hits various places on the arena. Past that he's got some physical degens and the aforementioned fire, but both aren't bad with decent regen.
