Abberath's Hooves ability Abberath's fury consuming rage

Like the title said, abberath's fury with chainbreaker from a lethal pride seems to consume rage on every explosion on every step, kinda hard to sustain that amount of rage and it seems like unintended change or bug to me.

" Thanks for your report, it seems like the Rage is only consumed when you first equip the boots and not per step, do you have something else which triggers? All triggers will probably have a Rage cost with Chainbreaker. | |

Might have been that herald of thunder too consumed rage on hit, not quite sure, specced out of it as it was getting dangerous without enough rage
