Several Ranger Corpses appear in character model

Hello there,
I'm currently playing as a Pathfinder (Poison Scourge Arrow) and at random occasions there appear several ranger corpses inside my Pathfinders Head. Just posting in this to say I am playing the same build and have had the same issue.
Started in Mud Flats in A6 and turns on and off. Unsure how it is triggered. |
