"Used when an adjacent flask is used" bugged in Alva Incursions

For whatever reason when I activate the flask that is adjacent (4th slot) to the flask that has the mod mentioned (5th slot) in the title it will not work while in an Alva Incursion. For reference I have only noticed this in the map Incursions and not the Temple itself. This has been occurring for me in any map Incursion I have encountered with this flask.
